• Device Information: We may collect information about your device model and operating system version for troubleshooting and optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Whisper Note service.
• Manage your account and authentication.
• Process your subscription payments (via Apple App Store / RevenueCat).
• Allow you to share notes and collaborate with other users in your group.
• Send you important updates regarding your account or the service.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use trusted third-party services:

• Supabase: For backend database and authentication services.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions.
• Apple App Store: For processing payments.

Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Whisper Note, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the notes and drawings you create.
• You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
• Since Whisper Note allows content sharing within groups, you acknowledge that members of your group can view and edit the notes you share with them.

4. Subscriptions

• Whisper Note offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) to access premium features.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Whisper Note is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
